摘要
《伤寒论》以脚注形式记载的大量中药炮制方法,是处方中不可分割的重要组成部分。仲景以临床证候为据,结合组方目的选择不同药物炮制方法,既有规范性,又具灵活性。因而从临床应用角度出发,结合证候及组方目的,探讨《伤寒论》中药炮制方法的临床意义,有助于领会仲景学术精神。
A large number of processing methods of Chinese medicinals was recorded in Shanghanlun as footnote, and they are indispensable part of formula design. According to clinical syndromes, ZHANG Zhong-jing combined the purpose of formula design to choose different processing methods of Chinese medicinals that showed both normatively and flexibly. It will help us to understand ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s academic spirit to explore the clinical significance of processing methods of Chinese medicinals in Shanghanlurt from the perspective of clinical application, syndromes and purpose of formula design.
