乙肝颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱-模式识别

摘要 目的利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱-模式识别技术,评价乙肝颗粒"半仿生提取"条件和药材提取组合方式。方法采用不同来源的乙肝颗粒方药药材,以不同的提取方法、提取组合和投料量分别提取。测定提取液的HPLC指纹图谱,结合模式识别技术,比较不同的提取方式。结果不同组合方式和提取条件下获得的提取液化学模式有一定差异,已优选出的"半仿生提取"工艺和药材组合方式优于其他组合。结论 HPLC指纹图谱-模式识别技术能较好地评价乙肝颗粒的提取工艺,并可用于监控提取液的质量。 Objective To evaluate the "semi-bionic extraction(SBE)" condition and extracting combinations of Yigan granules by HPLC fingerprint-pattern recognition technology.Methods Extractions of Yigan granules were prepared with prescription medicines from different sources by changing extraction methods,extracting combinations and medicine contents.HPLC fingerprint of each extraction was measured,followed by a comparative study on different extraction methods through pattern recognition technology.Results Chemical patterns of the extracts were obviously different according to extraction conditions and extracting combinations,while the optimized "SBE" condition and combination were better than the others.Conclusion HPLC fingerprint-pattern recognition technology is preferable for evaluating the extraction methods of Yigan granules,which can be used to monitor the quality of extracts.
