摘要
目的建立中药材苘麻根中弱极性成分的GC-MS分析方法。方法分别采用冷浸法、超声提取法、索式提取法对苘麻根中的弱极性成分进行提取,比较其浸膏得率,采用优化的提取方法提取苘麻根中的弱极性成分并进行GC-MS分析。结果采用索式提取法提取时,苘麻根中的弱极性成分较多,利用GC-MS方法对苘麻根中的40个弱极性成分进行了分析和鉴定。结论作者建立的苘麻根中弱极性成分的提取方法和分析方法简便易行,适用于苘麻根中弱极性成分的研究。
Objective To establish a method for extraction of the low-polarity components from the roots of Abutilon theophrasti Medic. Malv. and analyze the components by GC-MS. Methods The low-polarity com- ponents of the roots of A. theophrasti, was extracted by various techniques, such as cold-maceration, ultra- sound extraction, soxhlet extraction, respectively, and compared the yields of extract in order to optimize the extraction,analyzed by GC-MS. Results Forty components were extracted by the soxhlet extraction, which were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. Conclusions The method is simple and rapid to extract and analyze the low-polarity components in roots of A. theophrasti.
