摘要
目的研究常山胡柚汁对辛伐他汀大鼠在体肠吸收的影响。方法用大鼠在体小肠段灌流实验装置,分别采用HPLC法和紫外分光光度法测定辛伐他汀和酚红在肠循环液中的含量,观察常山胡柚汁对辛伐他汀的肠吸收特性的影响。结果未加入常山胡柚汁实验组的肠循环液中辛伐他汀含量在0~2 h呈明显下降趋势;加入常山胡柚汁实验组的肠循环液中辛伐他汀在0~2 h含量无显著变化。结论常山胡柚汁可显著影响辛伐他汀在小肠段的吸收,降低辛伐他汀在小肠的吸收量。
Objective To explore the absorption of simvastatin at segments of intestine in rats. Methods The absorption kinetics was investigated using in situ perfusion method in rats. HPLC and UV were used to deter- mine the concentrations of simvastatin and phenol sulfonphthalein in circulating solution, respectively. The impact of Citrus changshan-huyou Y. B. Chang juice on intestinal absorption characteristics of simvastatin was studied. Results The content of simvastatin in intestinal loop solutions decreased significantly in 0-2 h in the group without Citrus changshan-huyou Y. B. Chang juice. However, the content of simvastatin did not change significantly in 0-2 h in the group with Citrus changshan-huyou Y. B. Chang juice. Conclusions The result demonstrates that Citrus changshan-huyou Y. B. Chang juice can significantly affect the intestinal ab- sorption kinetics of simvastatin and then reduce its intestinal absorotion amount.
