摘要 金融消费者保护缺失被认为是此次金融危机爆发的原因之一。危机后,国际社会和主要发达国家把金融消费者保护作为重构金融秩序的重要内容加以改革和强化。分析当前金融消费者保护中存在的问题及国际社会采取的措施,并在此基础上提出了相关建议。 The failure of financial consumer protection is one of the important causes which gave rise to the financial crisis. After the crisis, international society and advanced nations took financial consumer protection as a critical part of financial reform aimed to reconstruct financial system. This paper analyses the current issues of financial con- sumer protection and relevant solution and provides some suggestions for improving Chinese financial consumer pro- tection.
