作为理想的开放社会

As an Ideal Open Society

笔者认为,必须建立和发展开放社会以适应全球化社会的要求,而市场原教旨主义对市场经济的扭曲阻碍了开放社会的发展进程。实际上,市场原教旨主义并不适用于一个次优社会。在此基础上,本文提出了建立开放社会的基本原则。

The author considers that we have to build and develop an open society to adapt to globalization, and the market fundamentalism which disturbs market economy hinders the development process. In fact, the market funda- mentalism is not proper to a suboptimal society. Based on the above, this paper proposes the basic principles to build the open society.
