杭甬客专无砟轨道砂浆充填层施工质量控制

摘要 研究目的:CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道中水泥乳化沥青砂浆充填层施工技术含量高,且在我国使用时间较短。建立健全、不断完善、落实相应的施工技术管理制度,是保证砂浆充填层施工质量的关键。研究结论:结合杭甬铁路客运专线无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆充填层的施工质量控制研究,得出:建设单位从加强管理入手,重体系建设、重人员培训、重源头控制、重过程管理,形成适应客运专线建设需要的一套完整的砂浆充填层施工技术管理体系,从而保证砂浆充填层的施工质量。 Research purposes: Construction of the cement emulsified - asphalt mortar filling layer of CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track requires high technology and this technology is applied in China for a short time. Establishing, improving and implementing the management system for the construction technology are essential to the construction quality control of the mortar filling layer. Research conclusions:From the construction of the cement emulsified - asphalt mortar layer of the ballastless track of the Hangzhou - Ningbo Passenger Dedicated line, it was concluded the development organization would begin with strengthening the management to focus on the system building, personnel training, source control and process management to form a full set of the technical management system for the construction quality control of mortar filling layer.
