摘要 [目的]对比不同药剂防治韭蛆的田间药效,分析不同地区韭蛆的抗药性状况和韭蛆防治措施。[方法]分别以保苗效果和校正虫口减退率汇总了10多年来不同杀虫剂防治韭蛆的田间药效试验结果,并对比不同药剂的作用特点。[结果]不同药剂在不同时期、不同地区的田间药效差异较大,毒死蜱、辛硫磷等药剂的抗性发展明显。[结论]韭蛆防治技术的开发应重视抗性发展问题;应采取禁用毒死蜱、限用辛硫磷、加大特异性杀虫剂应用基础研究和应用示范、强调不同作用机制药剂轮用和采用棋盘式用药方法等措施。 [Aims] The chief aim is to compare the field control effects of various insecticides against larva of Bradysia odoriphaga and to analyze the resistance situation and control measures. [Methods] The field control effects of various insecticides in the past more than ten years were collected and discussed according to the indexes of keeping seeding effect and the revised decreasing population rate of insect, respectively. The function characteristics of various insecticides were evaluated. [Results] The field control effects of various insecticides vary obviously from period to period and place to place. The resistance development of larva ofB. odoriphaga to chlorpyrifos and phoxim are obvious. [Conclusions] The technique development for controlling larva ofB. odoriphaga should pay much attention to the resistance situation. Prohibiting chlorpyrifos, restricting phoxim, promoting the applied fundamental research and demonstration application of specific insecticide, emphasizing the alternation of insecticides with different action mechanisms and chessboard type pesticide application technology, promoting the development of pesticides with new action mechanism should be put in practice.
