摘要 针对在部分地区没有公网信号覆盖,输电线路巡检人员遇险无法与控制中心或者巡线车联系的情况,提出了一种电力巡线野外遇险呼救系统的设计方案。该呼救系统由上位软件、对讲机和呼救器3部分组成,完成控制中心与巡线人员的信息交流。上位软件部分负责使控制中心对巡线人员进行监控;对讲机部分负责语音通话功能;呼救器部分负责在没有公网信号覆盖的情况下信息发送与接收功能。该呼救系统对保障电力野外作业人员的人身安全具有非常重要的意义。 This paper presents a design of the power line patrol SOS system, which applies in the areas that patroller cannot connect to tile control center or the patrol cars because of no coverage of the public network. SOS systerm consists of PC software, interphone and SOS device, and it achieves information exchanges between control center and patrollers. The PC software is responsible for the control center to monitor patrollers. Interphone is responsible for the voice calls. And SOS device can stably transmit the location and the SOS information from the patroller to the headquarters and can receive the information and the command from the headquarters. This SOS system is very important in the field worker safe protection of the power line system.
