Problems and Measures of Electrical and Mechanical Management in Mines

针对煤矿机电设备管理存在的管理监察水平不足、机电设备老化、超载生产等问题,提出了加强机电管理工作培训和素质提高教育、提高监察人员的职业素养和技术水准、加大生产设备的成本投入、加大煤矿机电设备的科技含量等改进措施,对于煤矿企业的自我生产和提高企业的生存能力,具有一定借鉴作用。

In the electrical and mechanical （E＆M） management of mines, there exist problems such asinadequate management and supervision, E＆M equipment aging, and overloading production. To solve them, the paper proposes to enhance job training and quality education, to improve supervisory personnel＇sprofessionalism and technology level, and to increase equipments cost input and technological content, which can help coal enterprises in self-production and survival ability enhancement in some degree.
