摘要
采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了Fe3O4/(PNIPAAm-co-Am)复合微球,采用DLS测试手段对复合微球的温敏性进行了表征,采用维生素B12为药物模型,研究了复合微球在不同温度及交变磁场作用下的药物缓释行为,并对其药物缓释机理进行了探讨。结果表明,所制备的复合微球LCST约为40℃,具有良好的药物缓释效果,采用间歇式交变磁场作用复合微球,可显著提高药物的累积释放率,在肿瘤热疗与化疗联合治疗方面具有良好的应用前景。
Fe3O4/(PNIPAAm-co-Am) magnetic thermosensitive composite microspheres were prepared by emulsifier free polymerization.Measurement of DLS was carried to investigate the thermosensitive properties.The drug release behaviors were investigated at different temperature or under alternating magnetic field.Results show the LCST of the composite microspheres is about 40℃.Furthermore,the controlled drug release behaviors of the composite particles show an intermittent alternating magnetic can improve the accumulate drug release,indicating the composite particles posses a potential application on hyperthermia combined with the chemotherapy treatment of cancer.
