摘要
盐酸左氧氟沙星是第3代喹诺酮药物氧氟沙星的左旋体,随着临床的应用和研究的不断深入,发现盐酸左氧氟沙星具有抗菌谱广、疗效好、不良反应少、耐药率低等优点,其应用范围越来越广泛,同时受到医生和患者的好评。为探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星的临床应用情况,进一步总结临床应用经验,本文结合临床实际工作和有关文献报道,对盐酸左氧氟沙星的临床应用、不良反以及合理用药的措施等方面进行阐述。
Levofloxacin Hydrochloride is a third-generation fluoroquinolones ofloxacin,along with the deepening of the clinical applications and research,we found Levofloxacin Hydrochloride with broad spectrum antimicrobial efficacy,adverse reactions,drug resistance is low etc.its scope of application is more and more widely,while praised by doctors and patients.To investigate the of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride clinical application,further summarize the clinical experience,this paper,the actual clinical work and reported in the literature,the clinical application of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride,adverse reactions,and rational drug use measures elaborate.
