儿童传染性单核细胞增多症89例临床特点分析

目的:提高对儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的认识。方法:回顾性分析89例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿的临床特点、实验室检查及治疗结果。结果:发热、咽峡炎、浅表淋巴结肿大、皮疹为本病主要症状及体征,但本病易伴呼吸系统及心血管系统等并发症。结论:传染性单核细胞增多症临床表现多样,易误诊漏诊。本病为自限性疾病,预后好,但也可引起严重并发症,甚至死亡。

Objective：To improve on infectious mononucleosis in children ＇s understanding of.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 89 cases with infectious mononucleosis syndrome clinical features,laboratory examination and treatment results.Results：Fever,angina,superficial lymph node enlargement,rash as the main symptoms of the disease and its symptoms,but the disease is easily associated with respiratory and cardiovascular complications.Conclusion：Infectious mononucleosis in diverse clinical manifestations,easy misdiagnosis.The disease is self-limiting disease,the prognosis is good,but also can cause serious complications,and even death.
