摘要
目的:唇裂是胎儿常见的颜面畸形,居围产儿出生缺陷的第四位,发生率为0.18%。四维超声能清晰直观地显示胎儿面部结构,为胎儿面部畸形提供客观可靠的诊断依据。本组探讨应用实时四维超声诊断胎儿唇裂的临床价值。
Objective：Lip-cleft is one of the common fetal facial deformities,ranks fourth of the birth defects,the incidence rate is 0.18%.Real time 3-dimensional ultrasound can show fetal facial structures clear and intuitive,which can provide objective and reliable diagnostic evidence for the fetal facial malformations.This paper explored the clinical value of the real time 3-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal lip-cleft.
