直肠癌患者围手术期护理62例

目的:探讨直肠癌手术治疗围手术期的护理。方法:通过对62例直肠癌患者术后人工肛门的护理,做好术前准备,严密观察和预防手术后并发症。结果:本组治愈患者61例,死亡1例。结论:护士做好围手术期的心理护理,术前术后护理及健康教育指导,加强人工肛门的护理,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To explore the treatment of rectal cancer operation period nursing of peri operation.Method：62 cases of patients with rectal cancer patients after colostomy nursing,preoperative preparation,strict observation and prevention of complications after operation.Results：in this group of 61 cases were cured,1 cases died.Conclusion：nurses do surround operation period nursing,preoperative and postoperative nursing and health education guidance,strengthen the artificial anus in nursing,and improve patients＇ life quality.
