某企业新生代农民工心理咨询现状分析

Psychological Counseling Status of Cenozoic Peasant-workers

目的考察新生代农民工心理求询问题的特点、评估咨询师初诊及处理方式的适切性。方法方便抽取广东省某大型劳动密集型企业742份咨询记录单进行内容编码、频数分析等。结果符合要求纳入分析的有592例,465例记录了咨询次数,其中首次来询325例(89.0%)。求询问题以职业、人际、恋爱情感及应激问题居多,一般性心理问题占全部求询问题的60.0%。仅40.0%的初诊判断及53.3%的咨询处理方式是具体而适合的,自杀自伤问题、精神病性问题初诊适切性较好。男性求询者在成长性心理问题上的比例高于女性(χ2=8.27,P<0.01)。结论新生代农民工的心理咨询服务存在较多问题;心理咨询师的整体专业水平有待提高。

Objective To explore the cenozoic peasant -workers＇ psychological problems, evaluate the applica- bleness of preliminary diagnosis and treatment. Methods Totally 742 counseling labes from a large labor - in- tensive enterprise in Guangdong were coded and analyzed by convenient sampling. Results Among the cases. 89% of them were first time to come; the main psychological problems were occupational, interpersonal, affec- tional and stressful problems. Among all cases, common psychological problems accounted for 60. 0%. Only 40. 0% preliminary diagnosis and 53.0% of treatment were specific and suitable ; preliminary diagnosis on sui-cide/self- injuries and psychotic problems were better than other types. Male visitors more concemed about mental growth than females （X2 = 8.27 ; P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The counseling service to cenozoic peasant -workers is not well established; the profession- al level of the counselors is to be elevated.
