2004-2009年绵阳市学校突发公共卫生事件监测

Public Health Emergency in Schools of Mianyang,2004-2009

目的分析绵阳市2004-2009年学校突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征,为政府制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法收集2004-2009年间绵阳市学校突发公共卫生事件数据与资料,应用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 6年间绵阳市共报告学校突发公共卫生事件34起,发病1 242例,罹患率4.1%,以呼吸道传染病为主;高发时间为4～6月和9月,共报告25起,占报告事件总数的73.53%;事件主要发生于乡小学(15起)、乡中学(5起)和幼托机构(4起)。结论绵阳市学校报告突发公共卫生事件主要在农村中小学和幼托机构,重点是呼吸道传染病暴发疫情。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of the public health emergency in schools of Mianyang from 2004 to 2009 and provide scientific basis for preventive and control strategies. Methods Data about public health emergency in schools of Mianyang from 2004 to 2009 were collected and analyzed with descriptive epide- miology method. Results A total of 34 events （1242 cases） were reported with an attack rate of 4. 1%. Acute respiratory infectious disease was dominant and the highest incidence rate distributed mainly from April to June and September （25 events, accounting for 73.53% ）. The events mainly occurred in primary schools （ 15 e- vents） and middle schools （5 events） in the countryside and nurseries （4 events）. Conclusion Close attention should be paid to the primary and middle schools in the countryside and nurseries; acute respiratory infectious disease is the working focus.
