2008-2010年金牛区艾滋病自愿咨询检测现况分析

Current Status of HIV Voluntary Counseling andTesting in Jinniu District,2008-2010

目的了解金牛区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作开展情况,进一步做好艾滋病预防控制工作,为艾滋病防治资源的配制,干预措施的制定和实施提供依据和参考。方法对2008-2010年到金牛区疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊的求询者采用国家统一制定的《自愿咨询个案登记表》进行匿名问卷调查,收集社会人口学特征、求询原因、危险行为等信息并做分析,由求询者决定是否接受HIV抗体检测。结果 HIV抗体检测接受率为99.80%,总体HIV初筛阳性率为5.70%;其中2008年HIV初筛阳性率为2.69%,2009年HIV初筛阳性率为9.25%,2010年HIV初筛阳性率为5.96%。结论 VCT起到了宣传HIV知识和发现感染者的作用,今后应对HIV感染高危人群进一步加大VCT工作力度,吸引更多的人来接受咨询和检测服务,控制艾滋病的流行。

Objective To understand the current situation of voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in Jinniu district, so as to further improve the prevention and control work on AIDS. Methods Questionnaire survey method was applied to collect the social demographic characteristics, reasons for counseling, dangerous behav- iors, etc. ; and the subjects were conducted HIV antibody test voluntarily. Results The total acceptance rate of HIV test was 99. 80%, and the total screen positive incidence of HIV was 5. 70%. The screen positive inci- dence of HIV in 2008, 2009 and 2010 were 2. 69%, 9.25% and 5.96% respectively.
