儿科门诊开展综合健康教育对患者就诊满意度的影响

目的:探讨儿科门诊开展综合健康教育对患者就诊满意度的影响。方法:采取随机抽样的方式,每个月1次对门诊患儿家属进行就诊满意度问卷调查,按就诊的时间顺序将2010年3月～12月接受传统健康教育的480例设为对照组,2011年1月～10月接受综合健康教育的500例设为实验组,并将两组资料进行回顾性分析。结果:接受综合健康教育的患儿家属就诊满意度明显提高(P<0.01),差异具有显著性意义。结论:在儿科门诊开展综合健康教育对提高患者就诊满意度有重要的促进作用,对提高儿童保健意识、促进儿童身心健康具有深远的意义。

Objective：To explore the effects of promotion the general health education in the outpatient department of pediatrics.Methods：According to the visiting time,480 patients on March-Dec 2010 who received traditional health education were assigned to control group,and 500 patients on Jan 2011-Oct 2011 who received general health education were assigned to experimental group.the satisfaction questionnaire were carried among the children＇s parents once a month,The data of two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The satisfaction in experimental group who received the general health education was improved significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion：General health education plays a important role in improving patients＇ satisfaction in outpatient department of pediatrics.and it has far-reaching significance on improving Children＇s care and their physical and mental health.It is important to set up the general health education system in pediatric outpatient department.
