Analysis of hydrogen leakage in Unit 4 generator rotor of Shajiao A Power Station

沙角A发电厂 4号发电机大修投运后 ,存在转子径向导电螺杆漏氢问题。经分析 ,漏氢的原因是导电螺杆内部轴向引线及螺孔的配合存在问题 ,破坏了静态时的密封结构 ,使得冷态时密封圈密封不好造成漏氢现象。最后 ,提出了处理建议。

The repeated hydrogen leaks on the radial conductive levers of Unit 4 generator rotor in Shajiao A Power Station seriously threaten the safe operation of the unit. In this paper, the author makes a detailed description and analysis of the leaks, and presents recommendations for solving the problem as well.
