摘要
分析了三缸三排汽 2 0 0 MW汽轮机各缸效率低、机组热耗高的原因 ;重点评析了国内 4个厂家在汽轮机高、中、低压各级气动及结构设计中采用的若干新技术的原理和实验数据 ;介绍了各厂家的典型设计热耗保证值及实测值。从已改造的 60多台 2 0 0 MW机组的运行实践看 ,经过改造的机组技术水平、可靠性和经济性达到了国外同类机组的先进水平 ,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。建议应对剩下的 1 0 0多台三排汽 2 0 0 MW机组及早期二排汽 2 0 0 MW机组和 1 0 0
Reasons of high heat consumption of cylinders and low efficiency of 200 MW turbine with 3 cylinders and 3 exhaust hoods were analyzed.The new technical principles and test datas adopted by 4 manufacturers in designing turbine structure and its high,intermediate and low air operated units were particularly analyzed.The guarantee heat consumption and its testing results of typical design used by different manufacturers were presented as well.The operation of more than 60 units of 200 MW which have been innovated has shown that the technical level,reliability and economic have reached the advanced level of same type unit abroad and this innovation has gained a good economical and social profit.The complete innovation of other more than 100 turbines of 200 MW with 3 or 2 exhaust hood and 100 MW,etc.was recommended.
