摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死并发急性脑梗死的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析226例急性心肌梗死并发28例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果 28例患者在救治期间,平均住院时间为32 d,其中治愈21例,好转3例,出现失语1例,出现肢体瘫痪1例,死亡2例。结论急性心肌梗死并发急性脑梗死是临床急症,应快速反应、及时发现,抓住其治疗有效期,根据临床症状及早进行头颅CT检查,从而减少致残率和病死率,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）complicated with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The clinial data in 28 patients with complicating acute cerebral infarction from 226 patients with AMI were analyzed retrospectively.Results During the treatment period in 28 cases,the mean hospital stay was 32 d,21 cases were cured,3 cases were improved,1 case of aphasia and 1 case of limb paralysis occurred and 2 cases died.Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction complicating acute cerebral infarction is a clinical emergency and should be rapidly responsed to discover timely and seize the validity of treatment.Head CT should be conducted as early as possible according to the clinical symptoms to reduce the disability rate and the mortality rate and increase the success rate.
