摘要 结核病是由结核分枝杆菌感染引起的传染病,据世界卫生组织(WHO)估计,全球大约有20亿、全球30%的人口感染结核分枝杆菌[1]。继人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)/艾滋病之后,结核病是居第2位最致命的传染性疾病[2],尽管大规模卡介苗接种和抗结核药物不断地发展,但结核病发病率仍有上升的趋势。耐药结核菌的增加是其主要因素之一,
