摘要 Toll样受体4（Toll-like receptors 4,TLR4）是连接天然免疫与特异性免疫的重要模式识别受体（pattern recognition receptors,PRRs）。放射治疗通过促进TLR4内源性和外源性配体释放而激活炎性反应通路,而慢性炎症的产生又影响放疗效果,这是临床肿瘤放疗比较棘手的问题。本文通过对肿瘤放疗与TLR4介导的炎性反应通路间分子机制及作用原理的阐述,
