沙苑子提取物对小鼠血糖影响的研究

Experimental study of semen astragali complanati extracts on blood glucose in mice

目的观察沙苑子提取物对正常小鼠以及链脲佐菌素(STZ)致高血糖小鼠血糖的影响。方法通过对正常小鼠给药10 d及建立STZ致高血糖小鼠模型后给药20 d,观察动物状态,采血分离血清测定给药前后空腹血糖值。结果沙苑子各提取物对正常小鼠血糖均无明显影响,大剂量沙苑子提取物B能明显降低STZ小鼠血糖(P<0.05)。结论沙苑子提取物B对糖尿病模型动物空腹血糖有降低作用,对糖尿病模型动物有一定的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the influence of semen astragali complanati extracts on blood glucose in normal and streptozotocin（STZ）-inducing diabetes mellitus（DM） mice.Methods Semen astragali complanati extracts were given to nomal mice once daily for consecutive 10 d by oral administration and to DM mice model induced by STZ for 20 d by peritoneal injection.The animal status was observed.Blood was collected for separating serum and detecting the fasting blood-glucose levels before and after drug administration.Results Various extracts of semen astragali complanati had no obvious influence on blood glucose in normal mice,while high-dose of semen astragali complanati extract B could reduce blood glucose significantly in STZ mice（P0.05）.Conclusion Semen astragali complanati extract B can reduce the levels of fasting blood-glucose in DM animal models and has certain curative effect on DM animal models.
