摘要 目的探讨实施护患沟通对儿科患者满意率的影响。方法采用制订的"病员满意度调查表",通过随机取样,对2011年11—12月收治的120例患儿的家长进行问卷调查,收集其对实施护患沟通前后的护理服务满意度情况。结果在实施护理沟通后,儿科患儿家长对护理的满意率较高,总体满意率提高了5%。结论有效的护患沟通,能增进护患间的理解,融洽护患关系,有效地提高了儿科患者的满意率,有利于儿科护理工作的顺利进行。 Objective To explore the influence of implementing nurse-patient communication on pediatric patient satisfaction.Methods Parents of 120 children patients treated from November to December in 2011 were randomly sampled and performed the questionnaire investigation by the patient satisfactory questionnaire to collect the nursing service satisfactory situation before and after the implementation of nurse-patient communication.Results After the implementation of nurse-patient communication,the satisfaction rate of the parents to nursing was higher and the overall satisfaction rate was increased by 5%.Conclusion Effective nurse-patient communication can enhance the nurse-patient understanding,harmonize nurse-patient relationship,effectively improve the pediatric patient satisfaction rate,and be helpful to conduct pediatric nursing work smoothly.
