某院2009—2011年麻醉药品用药分析

Analysis of narcotics used in a hospital during 2009-2011

目的了解成都金牛区人民医院麻醉药品的应用情况,为麻醉药品的管理和合理使用提供参考。方法收集2009—2011年该院麻醉药品品种、用量,运用频度分析法对麻醉药品应用情况进行回顾性统计分析与评价。结果麻醉药品的使用以芬太尼注射液用量最大,并呈逐年递增趋势;口服镇痛药(吗啡缓释片)及芬太尼透皮贴剂使用量增长迅速。结论麻醉药品使用基本合理,符合世界卫生组织推荐的癌症疼痛治疗原则。

Objective To analyze the use status of narcotic drugs in this hospital to provide reference for the narcotics management and rational use.Methods The information of varieties and use amount of narcotic drugs in this hospita1 from 2009 to 2011 was collected and their use situations were retrospectively analyzed and evaluated by the the frequency analysis method.Results In the narcotic drugs use,Fentanyl Injection had the largest use amount,showing the increasing trend year by year.The use amounts of oral analgesics（Morphine Sustained-Release Tablets） and Fentanyl Transdermal Patches were increased rapidly.Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in this hospital is basically rational and conforms to the principles of cancer pain treatment recommended by WHO.
