依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法将160例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予脱水、营养脑细胞、降脂,抑制血小板聚集、维生素C等治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉30 mg,静脉滴注,每天2次,共用4周。结果 4周后,两组神经功能缺陷评分均有所改善,但治疗组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中有9例出现轻度转氨酶增高,未给予特殊处理,停药后恢复正常。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死能明显改善临床症状,疗效显著,而且不良反应少。
