摘要
目的:研究大鼠坐骨神经夹伤后,不同时间点全血锌元素的含量变化情况,为临床周围神经损伤后锌元素的变化机制以及支持治疗提供依据。方法:制作大鼠双侧坐骨神经夹伤模型,同时设立假手术组大鼠作为对照。分别于术后1 d、3 d、6 d、10 d、15 d,两组各采集8只大鼠全血,利用火焰原子吸收法测定全血中锌元素的含量。将两组各时间点锌元素含量之间进行统计学比较,并制作出时间含量变化曲线。结果:夹伤组术后1~3 d全血锌元素含量明显偏低,6~15 d逐渐恢复到正常水平。结论:大鼠坐骨神经夹伤后早期可引起全血锌元素水平的下降,提示临床周围神经损伤后早期应注意锌元素的补充。
Object: To investigate the changes about whole blood zinc content after bilateral sciatic nerve crush injury at different time points in rats,so as to offer the evidence for the mechanism of clinical peripheral nerve injury and supportive treatment.Methods: Rats bilateral sciatic nerve crush injury model were done and the sham operation rats were set to control group at the same time.After surgery 1d,3 d,6 d,10 d,15 d,the blood were collected from 8 rats in two groups respectively,detected the zinc contents of the whole blood making use of the FASS.The statistical analyze were taken between the two groups at different time points,and the time-content curve were draw.Results: The contents of zinc in 1~3 days were low in nerve crush group,and they recovered to the normal level when 6~15 days after surgery.Conclusions: The contents of zinc in whole blood were decrease in early time after sciatic nerve crush,it prompted that supplement of microelement zinc should be administer as soon as peripheral nerve injury.
