摘要
目的:测定不同产地八角枫根及须根的水分以及浸出物的含量,为制定其质量标准提供科学依据。方法:按《中国药典》2010年版Ⅰ部附录IX H中水分测定法(甲苯法)和附录X A中的浸出物测定法测定。结果:不同产地八角枫根的水分含量在9.33%~11.66%之间,须根的水分含量在10.33%~12.00%之间;根水冷浸出物含量在6.93%~10.24%,水热浸出物含量在7.04%~13.01%,醇溶性浸出物含量在8.36%~12.77%,挥发性醚浸出物含量在0.13%~0.34%;须根水冷浸出物含量在7.48%~12.48%,水热浸出物含量在9.63%~16.49%,醇溶性浸出物含量在9.50%~16.62%,挥发性醚浸出物含量0.24%~0.62%。结论:建议八角枫根的水分不超过11.10%,须根水分不超过11.49%;根水冷浸出物量不低于6.46%,水热浸出物量不低于8.59%,醇溶性浸出物量不低于8.91%,挥发性醚浸出物量不低于0.12%;须根水冷浸出物量不低于8.45%,水热浸出物量不低于11.03%,醇溶性浸出物量不低于10.20%,挥发性醚浸出物量不低于0.29%。所得结果为完善药材标准提供了科学依据。
Objective:To determine Moisture and Extracts form Dry root Alangium chinense and Alangium platanifolium for establish the quality standards provide scientific basis.Methods:Samples were determined according to the procedures recorded in the Appendix IXK and XA of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 2010,for moisture extracts determ ination respectively.Results:The moisture content of different regions of Chinese alangium root was in 1.51% between 7.92%,Fibrous root of the moisture content is between 10.33% and 12.00%;The root water of extract content at 6.93%~10.24%,and the water thermal extract content at 7.04%~13.01%,Alcohol soluble extract content at 8.36%~12.77%,volatile ether extract content at 0.13%~0.34%;Fibrous root water extract content at 7.48%~12.48%,and the water thermal extract content at 9.63%~16.49%,the ethanol extract content at 9.50%~16.62%,the quantity of volatile ether extract was 0.24%~0.62%.Conclusion:The Suggestions of Chinese alangium root of moisture was no more than 11.10%,Fibrous root water was less than 11.49%;Root water extract was higher than 6.46%,water thermal extract amount not less than 8.59%,ethanol extract was higher no less than 8.91%,that of ether extract w as higher than 0.12%;The fibrous root of Water extract amount was higher than 8.45%,the content of water extract with hot soak was higher no less than 11.03%,ethanol extract was higher no less than 10.20%,that of ether extract w as higher than 0.29%.The results to improve the quality of medicinal materials standard provides a scientific basis for experiment.
