摘要
随着我国事业单位改制和建立全国统一的社会保障制度的发展,尚没有受到我国理论界和实务界关注的高校教师工伤问题应该引起我们的重视。梳理我国高校教师工伤保险制度,借鉴美国、德国、英国、法国等国家的实践和经验,我国高校教师工伤认定应着重考虑工作因素与伤害之间的因果关系,并特别注意心理疾病,合理扩大高校教师职业病目录的范围。
With the development of the reform of public institution and establishment of national unified social security system in China,the problem of work-related injury of teachers in universities,which is ignored by Chinese theoretical and practical circles,should be paid more attention.Through carding the legal system of work-related injury insurance for teacher in Chinese university,summing up the practices and experiences of America,Germany,England and France,analyzing the difficulties for determination of work-related injury of university teachers in China,this article suggests that the determination of work-related injury of Chinese university teachers should emphasize the causality between the work elements and the injury,and attach importance to mind disease,reasonably enlarge the scope of the list of occupational disease for university teachers.
