摘要
目的:正确诊断治疗应用抗生素后饮酒致双硫仑样反应。方法:收治双硫仑样反应患者32例,对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:诊断治疗及时有效,32例患者治愈成功。结论:加强对双硫仑样反应的认识,应用抗生素后1～2周内避免饮酒。
Objective：Diagnosis and treatment of antibiotics after drinking imduced disucfiram like reaction Method：A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 32 cases of disulfiran reaction patients treated by Emergency Department of our hospital during 2008 and 2011.Results：Diagnosis and treatment is proven to be prompt and effective and 32 cases of patients were cured.Conclusion：To strengthen knowledge of disulfiran reaction and liquor should be avoided after using antibiotics within 1 to 2 weeks.
