创伤性腹膜后十二指肠破裂的诊断及治疗探讨

目的:探讨创伤性腹膜后十二指肠破裂的诊断及治疗方法,确保实现十二指肠破裂的早期确诊和及早治愈。方法:收治外伤性十二指肠破裂患者17例,对临床表现、诊断和治疗方法进行研究。结果:少数患者出现并发症,但经过治疗,所有患者最终完全康复。结论:创伤性腹膜后十二指肠破裂早期临床症状不明显,容易导致误诊或漏诊,要本着对患者负责的原则,通过术前和术中探查的方式,对患者情况进行全面仔细的分析诊断,尽早确诊,并尽快通过适当的手术方式进行治疗,以减少并发症的发生,并降低死亡率。

Objective：To study the traumatic retroperitoneal duodenal rupture of diagnosis and treatment,ensure duodenal rupture of early diagnose and cure as early as possible.Methods：Through to our hospital between 2000 and 2011 for treatment of 17 cases of traumatic duodenal rupture of the patients clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment method.Results：Patients with few complications,but after treatment,all patients finally a full recovery.Conclusion：Traumatic retroperitoneal duodenal rupture early clinical symptoms are not obvious,easily lead to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,should be based on the principle of responsible to the patient,through the preoperative and intraoperative exploratory way,the patients of overall and careful analysis diagnosis,early diagnosis,and as soon as possible through the proper operation method for treatment,in order to reduce the occurrence of complications and reduce mortality.
