无痛结肠镜体检者120例结果分析
摘要
目的:了解无症状体检者大肠疾病的发病情况。方法:收治无症状行无痛结肠镜检查患者120例,回顾检查结果。结果:在120例无症状检查者中,检出大肠癌4例(3.3%),大肠息肉12例(10%),大肠慢性炎症6例(5%)。结论:中老年人是大肠癌的高危人群,结肠镜普查可提高早期大肠癌及大肠息肉的检出。
