摘要
目的:剖析近4年来剖宫产率上升的原因及影响因素,探讨降低剖宫产率的对策,为提高产科质量提供资料。方法:对剖宫产率及剖宫产指征进行了回顾性分析。结果:剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势,而阴道助产率呈逐年下降趋势,在剖宫产指征中,以社会因素及胎儿窘迫为手术指征的剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势。结论:近年来剖宫产率上升的主要原因为社会因素。
Objective：Analyzing the cause and influences of the increasing caesarean section rate in recent four years to find how to reduce the caesarean section rate and provide significant material to improve obstetrics＇quality.Methods：The data of caesarean section rate and indication in our hospital from January 1,2007 to December 31,2010 was analyzed retrospectively.Results：The caesarean section rate is increasing year by year,while the vaginal delivery rate is in downtrend by years.In the indication of caesarean section,indication of social factors and fetal distress went up year by year.Conclusion：In recent years,the primary cause of increasing caesarean section rate is the social factors.
