中青年单纯性舒张期高血压的临床特点及防治 被引量：5

摘要 高血压是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,单纯舒张期高血压（IDH）是指在标准状态下测量的收缩压〈140mmHg而舒张压≥90mmHg的原发性高血压[1]。中青年人群的高血压主要表现为IDH为主,它存在发展为单纯性收缩期高血压（ISH）和联合性高血压（SDH）的风险,且也是脑卒中和冠心病等心血管疾病的独立危险因素,因此要给予重视,
