摘要
本文将在研究售后服务的概念基础上,分析我国售后服务的发展现状,总结我国售后服务标准化的实践经验,提出了售后服务标准化的战略思考。
In this paper, based on study of after-sale service concept, we analyze the development status of Chinas alter-sale service, summarize the successful experience of after-sales service standardization, and put forward the strategic thinking of the after-sale standardization.
