摘要
提出了一种过程时间参数的测量方法即模拟输入信号测量法 ,利用这种方法 ,在不改变原有程序的情况下 ,采用S7- 2 1 4PLC对由S5- 1 0 2PLC控制的高位码垛机的开关门时间进行了测量 ,取得了预期的效果。
The paper provides a method for measuring process time. The essence of the method is that a true input signal is replaced by a simulative signal. By using the method, the undergoing time from opening to closing the table of high level palletizer controlled by S5\|102 PLC is measured using S7\|214 PLC on the condition of keeping the program of the machine and the anticipated result is abtained.
