摘要
设计了基于MCS-51单片机的大容量(超64KB)数据存储器的扩展方案,采用具有19根地址线的大容量Flash芯片F29C51004作为扩展存储体。将数据线和地址线合并使用,对F29C51004进行分页访问,解决了单片机存储单元及端口不足的问题,释放了I/O口。文中以扩展8MB的数据存储器为例,给出了单片机扩展板的硬件电路和软件程序。
The expansion project of lar-capacity data memory (over 64KB) based on MCS-51 SCM is designed,lar-capacity FLASH chip F29C51004 which owns 19 address lines is utilized as expansion block.Make a combination of data line and address line and access F29C51004 in pages,this behavior will release every I/O port and solve the problem that the storage unit and port of SCM is usually inadequate.In this paper,8MB data memory expansion project is proposed as an example and the circuit and program of which is also given in.
