摘要
脉冲功率技术向高重复频率、快前沿、小型化的发展趋势对脉冲功率电源提出了新的要求。用磁开关取代传统冲击电压发生器的放电球隙,利用磁开关可高重复频率工作和磁压缩陡化的特点和冲击电压发生器"并联充电,串联放电"的特点,可形成重复频率快前沿高压脉冲。依据现有的磁开关型Marx发生器,使用ATP软件对其进行建模并仿真,对仿真结果与试验结果的比较表明:使用ATP软件对本Marx发生器的仿真是可行的,可以利用软件仿真对磁开关型Marx发生器的参数设计进行指导。
The trend of development of pulse power technology,which tends to the high repetition frequency,fast risetime,miniatur- ization,makes demands of pulse power source.The fast risetime high voltage pulse with repetition frequency can be formed by the magnetic switch,which replaced the discharge sphere gap of the traditional impulse voltage generator,and with the characteristics of high repeat frequency,magnetic compression sharpen,and the impulse voltage generator,which with the characteristics of parallel-connected charging,series-connected discharge.This paper,according to the existing Marx generator with magnetic switch,used the software of ATP to modeling and simulate.
