摘要
目的:探讨P物质(SP)在中耳肉芽组织形成及转归中的作用,揭示神经源性炎症对中耳炎性病变的影响。方法:收集中耳炎患者中耳腔肉芽组织及纤维组织,免疫组化染色,观察SP的表达情况。结果:SP在中耳肉芽及纤维组织中呈阳性表达;SP表达强弱与中耳病变的轻重存在线性相关关系(χ2=25.9919,ν=9,P<0.05)即在中耳病变较重、肉芽范围广者,SP表达高于中耳病变较轻、肉芽范围小者;肉芽组织组SP表达高于纤维组织组("=3.4782,P<0.05)。结论:由SP介导的神经源性炎症反应在肉芽组织形成和发展中起到一定作用;神经原性炎症的强弱影响着中耳腔肉芽组织的增生程度;中耳炎后期,由SP启动的神经源性炎症反应在中耳腔已经减弱。
Objective:Identify the contribution of neuropeptide P to the forming of middle ear granulation tissue, reveals the influence of neurogenic inflammation to otitis media and provides some laboratory proof to under- stand the process and evolution of otitis media. Methods:Collecting granulation tissue and fibrous tissue in middle ear cavity of otitis media patients. Immunity class dyeing and observed the express of neuropeptide P substance. Results: Dyeing of SP situates in granulation tissue and fibrous tissue; Linear relationship between SP and otitis media(χ2= 25. 9919,v=9, P〈0.05),The expression of SP in the serious affection of middle ear and broader granulation are more than in the slight and small;Dyeing in the group of granulation tissues is heavy than that of fibrous tissues (μ = 3. 4782, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The neurogenic inflammation mediated by the SP can affect the formation and de- velopment of the granulation tissue; The degree of the neurogenic inflammation can affect the amount of the granula- tion tissue in the middle ear cavity; The neurogenic inflammation mediated by the SP has become weak in the middle ear space during the later period of tympanitis.
