摘要
研究了三维有限元法在铸件凝固模拟中不稳定导热问题的数值解析方法及相关处理技术,研究了铁型覆砂铸造工艺的传热机理,开发了适用于铁型覆砂铸造工艺的铸件凝固分析系统,并给出了该系统的应用实例。该系统的应用,将有助于铁型覆砂铸造工艺从经验走向科学。
Base on the transient thermal analysis with finite element methods, a software package for analysis three dimension temperature field during the solidification of casting has been developed. The software package is solved of sand faced permanent iron molding. As a successful application, there are showed temperature fields during the solidification of crankshaft casting. It will aid designer of casting technology.
