摘要
探讨了智能刀具状态监测系统的设计思想,提出了一种智能刀具状态监测系统的基本结构框图,并进行了试验分析。结果表明,通过人工神经网络估算刀磨损值与实测值基本一致,系统取得了90%的刀具磨损识别成功率。
This paper discuses the design ideas of intelligent monitoring system for cutting tool. A typical architecture for intelligent tool condition monitoring system is constructed. The results from the system are largely consistent with the recorded data by instruments. This system suggests that its reliablity be up to 90 percent.
