Thinking to Improve the Functions of Machine Tools More Specialization and Socialization

功能部件生产的专业化、社会化已成为数控机床与基础制造装备发达国家的普遍做法,一个大的主机厂,都有若干专精特的功能部件企业为其提供配套。论文将结合"高端制造装备创新能力分析与产业推进研究二"课题的研究成果,分析我国功能部件产业发展的现状、问题及面临的市场形势,提出推进功能部件专业化、社会化的几条途径。

Functional components of production specialization and socialization has become the common practice in developed countries in the field of CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment.There are a number of specialized functional components of enterprises to provide ancillary for a large host plant.This paper will depend on the ＂Innovation capacity analysis and improvment research on high-end equipment manufacturing industry＂ research,to analysis the present situation,the existing problems and the market trends of the industry of function units.At last,the paper give some suggestions on how to make machine tool functions to be more specialization and socialization.
