摘要
针对现在市场切坯机易断丝的缺点,分析了其原理和切坯时的受力情况,找出了原因,基于振动切削理论,设计了一种切坯过程中带有低频振动的气动切坯机。通过仿真实验,符合振动切削的条件,并改进了原来的电机驱动为气缸驱动,简化了结构,对切坯气缸的缸径做了计算选择,实践证明:切坯效果良好,切坯钢丝寿命增加3~5倍。
To solve the easy broken of the wire of the Brick Cutter,the principle and the force situation of the cutting are analyzed in this paper.A brick cutter with low-frequency vibration,based on the cutting process of vibration cutting theory is designed.The simulation experiments which comply with the conditions of vibration cutting is demonstrated.Improvement of the motor driven for air cylinder and the simplification of the structure are provided in this paper.The experiment results show that the cutting effect is better,the wire life expectancy is increased by three to five times.
