摘要
语音系统在提高设备的自动化和智能化程度中扮演着重要的角色。该设计把一种基于PM60语音芯片的语音提示系统应用到混凝土砌块成型机中,论文介绍了PM60语音芯片及其控制方式,并对PM60语音芯片进行了编码与录制。对系统的硬件电路进行了设计与研究,采用光电耦合器6N137连接语音芯片PM60与单片机PIC18F4620;并对软件设计流程进行了说明。通过仿真与实验,该语音提示系统取得了较好的预期效果。
Phonetic system in improve equipment automation and intelligent degree plays an important role.In this paper a method based on the PM60 speech chip voice prompt system applied to concrete block forming machine,introduces the PM60 speech chip and its control way,and the PM60 speech chip on the coding and recording.The system hardware circuit design and research.The photoelectric coupler 6 N137 connected speech chip PM60 and single chip microcomputer PIC18F4620;And the software design process are explained.Through the simulation and experiment,the voice prompt system achieved a good result.
