摘要
由于在矿山开采的整个过程中,都没有在线的计量装置,因此对电铲司机和运输司机的工作量考核只能以车次计量,这就带来了很多弊端,有些操作人员为夸大产量,经常性的使车处于欠载状况,造成资源浪费。而有些时候却由于车的过载引发安全问题。针对以上原因,我们提出了在电铲上对矿物在线智能称重系统的研究方案,该方案因此也变得具有实用价值。
Because there is not any calculation device in the process of mine explore,so the examination for power shovel and transport's driver is the times of mine car,it will result to lots of irregularity.Due to some manipulators'exaggeration,the mine car is owing frenquentlly,so it bringing about waste of resource.But sometime there is the problem of security because mine car's overload.Aim at the above reasons,we bring up the proposal of a intelligent weighing system are presented of mining shovel,and it is my topic,the programme therefore becomes useful.
