摘要
芽孢杆菌作为一种微生态制剂饲料添加剂,多应用于单胃动物及水产养殖中,具有调节动物肠道微生态平衡、促进营养物质消化吸收、增强机体免疫力等多种功能。但近年来的研究表明,芽孢杆菌应用于奶牛生产中,不仅避免了抗生素的药物残留,还可以提高泌乳性能、改善乳品质,而且可以提高犊牛日增重,缩短断奶日龄等,是奶牛生产中的一种绿色添加剂。本文综述了芽孢杆菌的作用机制及其在奶牛生产中的应用进展。
As a kind of microecologics, bacillus could balance the intestinal microecology, improve nutrient digestion and immunity in monogastric and aquatic animals. In recent years, researches showed that applying bacillus in dairy cows could avoid the antibiotic residues, improve performance and milk quality. What's more, it also improved the daily gain and shorten weaning age of calves. The application of bacillus was reviewed in this article.
