摘要
通过优化碳的测定条件如增加HF-400高频炉的燃烧功率、净化分析用氧气、选择合适的气流量等途径可以使微量碳的分析精度得到提高,分析精度达到1.0×10-6。采用红外吸收法测量硅钢中微量碳可满足分析要求。
Abstract: By optimizing the determination conditions, e.g. increasing the thermal power of the HF-400 high frequency furnace, purifying the oxygen for analysis, and choosing appropriate gas flow, the accuracy of trace carbon analysis was improved to 1.0× 10^-6. Infrared absorption method can be used to measure the trace carbon in silicon steel to meet the analysis requirement.
