摘要
酸洗-轧机联合机组生产线上的闪光对接焊机,由于原料板型的影响及操作经验不足,使焊缝难以保证,过轧机时焊缝断带率较高,影响冷轧产品的质量。通过对焊接过程中初始闪光、过梁爆破以及顶锻各阶段的监控,对移动夹具的给进速度的积分值、材料的可焊接性以及闪光行程、顶锻行程等焊接参数进行调整,对影响焊缝质量的各种因素进行分析,对焊接参数进行了修正,如板厚为2.0mm的板材焊接电流调节器积分增益由原来的0.000 02调整为0.000 03,基本解决了焊缝质量问题。
Poor shapes of the incoming material and insufficient experience in operating the flash butt welder in the PL-TCM caused high strip breakage rate and weld seam quality problems when the weld seam passing the rolls during the cold rolling process. Based on monitoring the steps of preheating, flashing and upsetting in the flash butt welding process, adjustment was made in parameters such as integral values of the feeding speed of the mobile rig, weldability of the material, and the flashing and upsetting range. Analysis was made on all the factors influencing the welding seam quality, e.g. the integral gain of the welding current regulator for 2.0 mm thick strip was adjusted from the original 0. 000 02 to 0. 000 03, and the problems concerning the weld seam quality were basically resolved.
